chicks in St Patricks room 6

On March 22, Jo from Living Eggs delivered us 11 eggs for two weeks. We were all happy but didn't really know what to expect. After three days the eggs hatched. So we had to move them into the brooder. We were lucky because we got to be with the chicks all the time. We also got to touch the chicks often.

when I touched the chick the first time I was kinda scared because I thought I would get scratched. This happened to me once in the Philippines. During the weekend we knew that nobody could keep an eye on the chicks at school, so Daniel took them home for the weekend.                                                                                                                                                              Today the chicks went back to their farm. I felt so sad when they left. Today I missed the chicks so much. I really want to hold them again and see how big they have grown but they're already at their farm. Their feathers were so soft. we watched them everyday. Everyday we saw that they got bigger. They loved to stand on the food bowl and practice to fly.
